Lynn Colligan helped me find the home of my dreams. After months of looking in a quick-moving market, I find the perfect house to suit our needs. Lynn never tired of taking me to view houses until I found my new home. And there were many that I viewed during my search. Lynn has years of experience in the home building market as well as the selling market. He saw things that I would have never known to look for. His knowledge and patients are vast! Polite and very professional. He makes the process so much easier than expected from my past experiences.

We met Lynn back in early summer. We were still in the early decision making process as to moving to the coast or stay in our home area. With our little knowledge of the eastern area, it was wonderful having Lynn to provide us with all the information we needed when asked. He never hesitated to line up a showing and we went on a bunch of them. Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of ours and Lynn’s control, our process took a little longer than expected. However, Lynn never wavered and continually stayed in touch with us and kept us up to date on all information needed. I hope to never move again, but if we did; I would certainly want Lynn assisting us again!!!Thank you Lynn for everything, it was a pleasure working with you!!

We were looking to buy a house in NC. We were living in MA at the time. He helped us all the way through the process. We came to NC to look at houses. He showed us 3 houses in 3 different areas. Once we went back to MA he continued to help. He stayed in contact with the owner and he walked us through the whole process. He was there for the inspections since we couldn't come back from MA. We had a hard time finding a buyer for our house so he kept contacting the homeowner for extensions. He even contacted the realtor we had in MA to help on that end. If we ever move again here in NC I will definitely call him to help!

5+ Stars. Lynn goes above and beyond even after closing. Best home buying experience ever!! Lynn has a great knowledge base and outstanding negotiation skills. He makes purchasing a home practically stress free for his clients. He kept us informed and always stayed on top of any issues to make sure everything was handled quickly and appropriately.

Lynn has been very helpful and has gone way beyond to help me find and buy the right home. He has been honest with me and has worked hard assisting me with every phase of buying and selling my home.
